A screen on a wall is easy. A screen that sits flush in a millwork recess, powers on by itself every morning, shows the right content, has no visible cable, and can be serviced without dismantling the fixture around it — that is a different job, and it is decided during the fit-out rather than afterwards.
The failures are consistent and avoidable. A display recessed into a wall with no service access, so replacing it means a carpenter. A media player on the guest Wi-Fi that drops out and leaves a menu board showing a desktop wallpaper. Power and data brought to the wrong side of the screen, so the cable is visible from the customer side. A video wall where the bezels do not line up because the mounting was not shimmed.

- Coordination with your builder, millworker and electrician during fit-out
- Mount selection: flush, recessed, articulated, ceiling and pole
- Structural fixing into studs, blocking or backing — not into drywall alone
- Displays levelled and shimmed, which is what makes a video wall line up
- Power and data brought to the correct side of the screen before it is closed in
- Service access planned so a failed display can be replaced without demolition
- Cable concealed in wall, conduit or fixture rather than trunked across a surface
- Media player installation, mounting and configuration
- Wired network to each player — signage on guest Wi-Fi is the usual cause of failure
- Automatic power scheduling so screens come on and off without staff
- Content management setup and a walkthrough for whoever will update it
- Remote monitoring so a screen that drops offline is noticed by us, not a customer
Our Process
How a project runs from first contact to handover.
Design coordination
We get involved during the fit-out, with the builder and millworker, so recesses, backing, power and data are right before anything is closed in.
Rough-in
Data and conduit run to each display position, and backing confirmed where a mount needs to fix into structure.
Mounting and installation
Mounts fixed and levelled, displays hung and shimmed, players mounted behind or beside the screen with cable concealed and service access preserved.
Network and content setup
Players wired to their own network segment, content management connected, and power scheduling set so screens run on their own.
Commissioning and handover
Every screen verified through a full power cycle, content confirmed, and a walkthrough with whoever updates it day to day.
