They govern the website only. Work we carry out for you — installation, development, support — is governed by the quote or contract you sign for that job. Where the two differ, the signed document takes precedence.

We write the technical content here carefully and keep it current, but it is general information rather than advice about your specific site. Building construction, terrain, existing equipment and local conditions all change what is appropriate, which is precisely why we survey before quoting.

Do not treat anything on this site as a substitute for a site assessment, and do not rely on it for work that requires a licensed trade, a permit or an inspection.

Submitting the quote form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a fixed price.

A quote becomes binding only when we issue it in writing for your specific site and you accept it. Quotes given before a site assessment are estimates and are identified as such.

Please give accurate information in the form. An inaccurate description of the site leads to an inaccurate quote, which helps nobody.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that it is free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, iTech International Inc. is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published on this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect your rights under a contract for work we perform for you.
